On December 11th, 2007 Squatchdetective.com received an email with a video attachment:

"I don't know exactly what it is, I'm just calling bigfoot.  Anyway here is my copy if it doesn't work tell me and I'll put it on my computer from my camera again and then send it."

After a Squatchdetective.com investigation revealed some anomalies pertaining to the video, such as the initial statement by the submitter, the lack of body movement in the alleged creature and the dialogue which appeared staged and unrealistic, we went to work finding some background information, after the submitter was reluctant to respond to inquiries in a timely fashion.

On March 14th, 2008 armed with the knowledge of our investigation, Steve Kulls, using a forensic interview technique, emailed the submitter at a newly discovered email address, to come clean and received the following email:

"Sorry, I haven't talked to you, but the video is a fake me and my brother were just playing around one day. We were bored and wanted to see if we could really make it look like big foot."
