The Deceit Begins

July 28th, 2008 - August 1st, 2008

    After the appearance of Dyer on Squatchdetective Radio on July 28th, 2008, the next day I called Dyer to thank him. He stated that Biscardi had over night delivered a copy of his documentary "Bigfoot Lives." I got off the phone with him and shortly thereafter received a call from Biscardi. Biscardi stated that Dyer had told him that they had sold the body to the National Enquirer for ten million. I doubted the claim and got the legal department on the phone and received an official verbal statement from their counsel that this was not true. Biscardi and I conference called the attorney Dyer had stated represented him and he knew nothing about it.

    Biscardi at that point said he was going to call Dyer. strangely I was not invited to this call. According to Dyer what was said that Biscardi told him he knew they didn't have a body, but could help them in making money out of this to where everyone would benefit. Also coincidental after this point Biscardi, never doubted their claims. I received a call back from Biscardi stating they were scared but they wanted to deal with him and him only.

    Hind insight, they the night before had invited me along with a BFRO Curator, (despite their disavowing of the credibility of the claim, there was an operation quietly going on to secure information on the validity by a person I will call the Ditch Doctor, a BFRO Curator from Georgia, who was acting "off the reservation", and after the show of the 28th, he contacted me and for the better part of three weeks, we shared information on what was going on. On July 29th, 2008 Ditch and I were on Bigfoot Quest Radio together which airs on BlogTalkRadio) and of course Biscardi who would later distort that to him being the only one invited with some grandiose, patting self on back verbiage.

Biscardi the next couple of days prior to his trip was quiet and not much information was communicated to me, except that between Ditch Dr. and I.

August 1st, 2008 - August 7th, 2008

Biscardi's first trip to Georgia occurred on August 1st, 2008. Biscardi stayed at the Hampton Inn located at 1533 Southlake Parkway, Morrow, Georgia.

    By this time Ditch and I had uncovered some personal information and general things disturbed us. On the night of August 1st, 2008 I expressed those concerns with  Bob Schmalzbach Vice President of Searching For Bigfoot, Inc. and informed me to call call  Biscardi first thing in the morning.         

    The next morning I called Biscardi and aired my concerns that this was a hoax and he replied that he would call me back when he's fully awake. When he did call back he stated  that he wanted me to draw up a contract, which he had the verbiage ready for me ,and would ask for their ID's as I had some concerns that Dyer was claiming a different first name.

     After a few hours I received a call from Biscardi stating Dyer's real first name was Danny. In reality Biscardi never asked for ID. At one point called him Donny instead of Danny.  Below is the site of the meeting.

    Fact of the matter was that Biscardi was up to his ears now in the plot. He had been told that there was no body by Dyer on the 29th and he flew to Georgia to plan an unholy act of debauchery.

    He dazzled Whitton and Dyer with his movie Bigfoot Lives, the Searching For Bigfoot, Inc. business plan. Biscardi consummated the relationship between them by giving them a copy of the business plan, which in February of 2009 was turned over to me by Dyer.

    To show the amount of partnership Biscardi wanted with them, Biscardi had never given me the business plan. After all, I was never part of Searching for Bigfoot, only a contracted advisor/consultant which left only three months after the plan was released in late January 2008.

Below: The first two pages of the contract typed by me verbatim by Tom Biscardi, the third page was a hand written rider, by Biscardi himself.  No where in the contract nor the re-write by SFBI co-owner and attorney Dennis Kazabouzki was there any mention of a $50,000 payment or transfer fee to Whitton and Dyer. 

    The motive, I learned in January of 2009,  behind this insidious plot was simple. To create a Bigfoot autopsy video, and have the body disappear. After learning of this I felt it was a big leap of faith of Biscardi's self abilities to have the persuasion to sway an entire team to roll over and do what he says. But knowing the man as I do, that corresponds with his ego.

    Biscardi told all that he was in contact that he was on Sunday going to get the DNA from the alleged corpse. He later would tell many that either he was "right there" when the DNA was take or even more sinister that he had "take the DNA from the arm" himself.

    In reality Dyer gave him a chunk of possum meat, and Biscardi instruct him to bleed on the specimen as to contaminate it. He stated the best case scenario it would come back as inconclusive, worst case it would come back as possum, but would cover it by saying the sample came from the stomach. Later Biscardi would change the story that he was in his hotel room when he received the sample. One of many different adjustments he was to make. However as we shall soon find out, there is one change in course he, in which physical evidence exists, that disputes irrefutably.
